On November 7,2022 my entire life was changed when I found out that I have End Stage Renal Disease also known as Kidney Failure. There has been a lot of trials to get me to where I am today, and in June I will be receiving a kidney transplant. Though my journey is not over, it will be just beginning. I hope to have the continued support and you will join me for Year 2 of Kidney Bean Kidwell and to help others in my position. All is appreciated more than you know. 🫶🏼 WHY I WALK I walk because too many families (like mine) are coping with this devastating chronic illness, and thousands more will face an unexpected kidney disease diagnosis in the year to come.
