Why We Walk

On November 10, 2024 we’ll join others throughout the country and walk for our moms, Bev and Jackie, who both fight valiantly every day against kidney disease.

Bev has received dialysis 3 times each week for 10 years and Jackie recently received a kidney transplant. 

We are grateful to have both of them in our lives and walk in their honor and to help other families like ours get the care that they need to ensure their loved ones win the fight against kidney disease. 

Together, we walk to support the lifechanging work of the National Kidney Foundation:
     - To ensure that families will have a place to turn when they need answers.
     - To keep up the fight for policy changes to protect kidney patients and living donors.
     - To drive innovation in transplantation and get more loved ones off the kidney transplant waitlist.

We've kicked off the fundraising with a $100 donation. Will you join us and help us reach our goal of $500?
