Why I Walk...
I walk because my family and I has faced the heartache of dealing with chronic kidney disease. My long days of infusions, traveling for doctor’s appointments, and medication changes has changed my life drastically and I know there are countless others out there who struggle with similar hardships.

I walk to stand by the incredible work of the National Kidney Foundation. They’re the ones who provide a lifeline for families, offering hope and support when it feels like there’s nowhere else to turn. They’re fighting for better policies to safeguard kidney patients and living donors, and they’re pushing for breakthroughs in transplantation so that more people can get off the waitlist and back to living their lives.
