As you might already know, back in 2019 Armando was rushed to the emergency room with what doctors said, not much time to live.

Doctors were struggling to figure out what was going on as his body kept shutting down by the minute.

Fast forward days later, he was diagnosed with CKD. (chronic kidney disease)

With not much time left, they had to undergo emergency dialysis. And that was just the beginning of our new life.
 

Hours and hours a week of painful/dreadful treatment and medications.. for life. Doctors said he had to be on dialysis for a while until they can even talk about being added to transplant list. Fast forward some time, he got accepted to the national transplant list! Cons: the average wait time in the U. S. right now is 5-10years.

Armando being the driven, fearless, and persevering man that he is..set a goal and never gave up on it.

He promised me and prayed to God everyday that he will do everything and anything to push through this and change our life around sooner.

With the help of the amazing doctors and Armando’s commitment.. our dream came true!

Armando is now 3 years strong with his transplant and we couldn’t be anymore thankful and beyond blessed for this second chance in life!! 🥹🙏🧡
