Hello Friends,
This year has been a big one for our family! We were beyond excited to welcome the first grandchild, Isaac Anthony Johnson, whose adorable smile and bubbly personality brighten our lives! Katie and Alex have got the parenting thing down in record time and we are so proud of them.
In November I will celebrate my 22nd anniversary with the National Kidney Foundation. In that time I have seen so many advances in the awareness, prevention, and treatment of kidney disease made possible by our generous supporters. Now, more than ever, as we welcome the next generation in our family, I want to do my part to ensure a world where where every person has equal access to quality kidney care — from diagnosis to transplantation.
