Kidney disease has changed the very fabric of my life. Over the last few years I have lost loved ones that helped shaped the better parts of my being, specifically my larger than life uncle (James Ashford) and strongest woman I knew (Rosie Lee Denson). I want every step I take to honor those that I have lost and energize those that are still here to be vigilant about kidney health. I walk as a reminder that health is our greatest asset.
