As many of you may know, Renee's mother suffered from Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD). Her mother received a transplant a few years ago and has been living much better since! We love our Georgie and it warms our heart to see her doing better because of the transplant.

Renee also suffers from the same disease and this cause means a lot to both Renee, myself, and our boys (Rez and Ay Bear). This is our second year leading a fundraising effort for the walk so we would love your support of this cause because it means so much to our family.

So excited this year as well because Renee received a transplant earlier this year and is doing so well. It is amazing what these modern marvels can do.

Not only has a kidney disease impacted us, but thousands currently are impacted by kidney disease and many more will be impacted over time. 


We walk to support the life-changing work of the National Kidney Foundation:

     - To ensure that families will have a place to turn when they need answers.

     - To keep up the fight for policy changes to protect kidney patients and living donors.

     - To drive innovation in transplantation and get more loved ones off the kidney transplant waitlist.
