Welcome to the Team Twin Beans Page!
Hello!
My name is Langston, Captain of Team Twin Beans. Alongside me is my twin brother Noah, who is my Co-Captain. I was born with chronic kidney disease and we later found out my brother developed kidney issues as well.
To help support the cause of increasing kidney disease awareness, we will be participating in the National Kidney Foundation's 2024 Atlanta Kidney Walk on Saturday, September 14 at Atlantic Station. The festivities will begin at 8am with the walk beginning around 9am. The route is a 1.25 mile walk/run/roll and dogs are welcome!
We not only walk in support of ourselves...
-We walk for the many families (like mine) who are coping with this life-altering chronic illness.
-We walk to support the life-changing work of the National Kidney Foundation
-We walk to drive innovation in transplantation and get more loved ones off the kidney transplant waitlist.
